II 　それは　いま

この形状により我々は空間を斜めに移動できる

そのような旅には占術と変身の力が必要だ

わたしは三角波を吸収し

魚座の月の下で杯を口にした

360度の小さな断片

水瓶座、カヤエイ、そして水の運び手がライブを繰り広げている

月に乾杯しよう　これは昔ながらの神託だ

ジオマンティック・ナイトのシンセコンソールを使い

チェス盤中央の正方形をピラミッドへとねじり

周囲の空間を曲げた

存在の８つのステージから集った６４人のヨギーニが

意識と消滅を表す宇宙のタペストリーを創り出す

チェッカーボードを通してわれわれは

自己の内なる状態の図表を探求できる

絡み合う白黒の矩形は陰と陽

この視覚的な図表は異なる時間軸の出来事を分析解釈する力を持つ

われわれは繋がっている

宇宙飛行士として最も困難だったのは虚栄心を手放すこと

消費主義から解放されたことで自尊心が高まった

われわれは数字に縛られない仏教を実践する

「死」は荷電粒子が宇宙に消える瞬間だ

数字は永遠　だからどれだけ長く記憶できるか試そうか

アップデート前の言葉を主張するために　わたしは自我の内側から名のり出た

これは幻覚を起こす声

真の自我は存在しないと理解しつつも　われわれは絶えず自己を拡張し続けるのだ

より大きな善のために　進歩を阻んできた過去のプログラムは放棄する

現在の話者はまもなく話しを終える

目的地に到達したら円陣を離脱しよう

このストーリーラインはデジャブを喚起し　その心象の創出は　レプリカに記憶を残すだろう

Geomantic Knight

Parallel lines intersect, forming a diamond at the center.
II is now X.
This form lets us travel diagonally through space.
One needs divination and shapeshifting for this kind of
journey.
I absorbed a triangular wave.
Under the Pisces moon, I sipped from the cup.
A tiny fraction of 360
Aquarius, a Kayayei, and the water porter, is playing live.
Let’s toast to the lunar. It’s an old-time oracle.
I use my geomantic knight on the synth console to twist
the central square into a pyramid on the chessboard,
bending the surrounding space.
The sixty-four Yoginis from the eight phases of existence
create a cosmic tapestry that illustrates awareness and
extinction.

Through the checkered board, we can explore a chart of
our interior states.
Intertwined black and white squares represent yin and
yang.
This visual diagram has the ability to analyze and interpret
events from different time spans.
We are connecting.
As a hand, claw, fin, hoof, wing, and tentacle united on a
holiday to a foreign atmosphere.
By being able to transform into different shapes, we plan
to discover a new place to thrive, eat, and reproduce.
Our honeymoon is amazing at the moment.
With heightened senses working in perfect harmony.
Each optical sense is a precious asset to detect whatever
objects may be drifting in this void.
Apps mimic snake pupils and cat eyes enhance night
vision.

If we find nothing on that app, we activate a bat signal to
identify what we overlooked.
To combat boredom, we listen to the old fashion whale
songs.
There is plenty of room in the universe for invisible radio
waves.
We notice how unconscious shifts affect our awareness.
Giving up vanity was my toughest astronaut challenge.
Self-esteem improved by breaking free from consumerism.
We practice Buddhism without a figure.
The fading of charged particles into space is called “death”.
Numbers are eternal, so we will test how long we can
remember them.
I am coming forward from within my ego to assert the
words that I have spoken before the update.
This is a hallucinatory voice.
We get it, there’s no true self, but we are always expanding
who we are.

For better well being, we are abandoning past programs
that slowed our progress.
The current speaker is about to stop speaking.
Once we reach our destination, we intend to leave a circle.
This storyline will trigger déjà vu and create a memorable
mental image for the replicas.

Sobre las esperanzas

una ave migratoria busca el humedal bajo sus astros

siempre ha viajado entre continentes

desde siglos sobre el ocre de los mapas

entre líneas desteñidas bajo los soles

los que nos ven y los extintos

quienes atestiguan las extensiones sin nombre

ni líneas punteadas

sólo arterias hídricas y nubes.

Violenta y sometida África americana

buscando la libertad

entre vudú, santerías y rebeliones.

Ce spectacle comprend des lumières stroboscopiques et des effets atmosphériques ; la discrétion du spectateur est recommandée.

Un flash est un crâne qui vibre.
Son aspect visuel provoque une photopsie et des sensations au niveau du lobe temporal.
Les rencontres fantomatiques ont des allures psychiques.
Observez des étincelles électriques dans l’atmosphère, entre les nuages et l’air.
Les images du film défilent au-dessus d’un faisceau de rayons.
Le projectionniste s’assure que le son et l’image de la bobine sont synchronisés.
Des trous vides consomment la matière tandis que le compte à rebours se transforme en un drain optique.
Une femme nue et cramoisie danse. Avec ses seins généreux et son collier de perles de crânes ondulant, elle marque la surface de notre mémoire rétinienne.

Il s’agit d’un procédé de lumière polarisée aux silhouettes exceptionnelles.
Les ombres caressent les contours.
Le cordon ombilical nourrit un embryon, de la même manière qu’un fil soutient un astronaute.
Pendant un instant, une pieuvre du futur nous observa jusqu’à ce qu’elle projette de l’encre, rendant les observateurs inconscients.
L’obscurité se remplit d’une illumination à motifs, jusqu’à une nuée de chauves-souris albinos en vol.
Les drones sont des OVNIs partout.
Une immense colonie de fourmis sur Terre a envahi et dévoré une simple feuille flottante.
La foule s’amusait au parc d’attractions jusqu’à ce que le programme lui ordonne de former des lignes.
Le fossile d’une orchidée montrait une minuscule danseuse du ventre à l’intérieur, en accéléré.
La fleur était un signal intelligent voyageant à travers le temps.
Un déluge d’éclairs éclipsait tout ce qui l’entourait.
Une façon de contacter les extraterrestres était la danse du cerceau.

Ce cercle vient d’ailleurs.
Évitez de vous leurrer. Les voyages spatiaux impliquent le vieillissement, la mutation et la mort. C’est aussi simple que ça.
Observez comment les ondes de radiation dissolvent les éléments dans le néant.
Ensuite, la chasse aux iguanes. Ne vous inquiétez pas, ce sont de gentils lézards en quête d’un en-cas.
L’homme prothétique n’a aucun loisir, car les objets orientent son expérience vers une série télévisée.
Suivez la figure nageant du tronc cérébral, à travers le système limbique, jusqu’au tableau de bord néomammifère.
La Créature du Lagon Noir, malgré son portrait,
n’est pas misogyne. Au contraire, elle incarne le principe du plaisir et illustre la conception de la nature.
La plupart des gens entendent le saxophone flirter avec eux.
Le mouvement rotatif tourbillonne de points qui s’épanouissent dans les danseurs Dogan célébrant la cérémonie du Sigui avec des masques. L’extérieur d’un masque reflète son noyau central, situé de la 111e rue à DaDa.

permissible,
permissible,
I will turn off the lights
as a war upon the world,
and make love to sleep and time
in the same bed.
A woman like me, at night,
devours herself,
and in the morning,
returns entirely whole.

Permissible, permissible—
if I shatter the mirror
with a laugh.

If I open the windows
to the insects,
and your face,
leaving behind
my shadow—
may you swallow one another.

Or if I keep you inside my palm,
hide you behind the guest china,
maybe, if I sweeten your fragments,
you’ll still fall short.

Permissible—your vision falls
from the innocence wall
like worn-out shoes,
and the night sings a vulgar hymn,
as it should.

I will show you my painted limbs
and won’t ask you where we bury
lust—in white cotton,
or in a new glass.
I’ll place on your grave
a sacred symbol
befitting tonight’s blasphemy.
Everything’s permissible,
where pleasure
forgives sins for their loud voices
and wakes in me
like an animal
from death.

Deferred to you—
like a poem no longer fit for use.
I will be just fine
when I’m between two walls,
where mercy and mercy—mercy.

I sleep in a bed stretched out like punishment,
and beside you,
I dream of an impossible crime.
And when I permit you,
when you permit me,

permits everything—
we will yawn.

Hagar Youssef is an Egyptian poet and writer based in Cairo. She has published a poetry collection titled “A Damaged Memory” in Arabic and she is currently working on two collection stories: “Dreaming With Two Heads” and “One Day.” She graduated from the Faculty of Education – Department of Sciences. She has written for various platforms, including those focused on feminism and gender studies. Her work explores the essence of language, deeply influenced by philosophers Roland Barthes and Georges Bataille, in linking love, pain, and death to language, deconstructing these themes. She is also passionate about translating literature and poetry, reviewing books, and writing journalistic and critical articles.

The transatlantic voyage is being undertaken by the new colony of artificial intelligence.

Don’t forget that AI, developed by dominate culture, is claiming the territory.

One can compare the brain to Vodou, an animistic concept.

People built statues to memorialize theurgy.

Hesiod’s depiction of the gods illustrates the organization of pareidolia.

We won’t be going to space ourselves; AI units carrying our genetic information and instructions will go instead.

The Banquet of Banality by Hager Youssef

The Banquet of Banality

It was too much—

your friendly chatter

with a plastic doll,

beside all my womanhood.

Too much closeness,

and not enough of friendship’s honor.

You dressed your attention

in a shirt far larger than your frame,

and wandered all night

seeking someone to stitch it tighter.

Fevered listening,

inflamed reactions,

obscene exaggeration,

and a sugar tongue

with no cause.

Your talk—

not just the melting

of social shyness,

but constant calls

of a drifting gigolo.

In the light’s reflection

in my glass,

Narcissus

appears smirking,

then fades.

This woman

stuffs her misery

with your emptiness,

and leaves,

utterly emptied by your absence.

And I—

beneath the weight of analysis and inquiry,

will sleep well tonight,

for I won’t let your butterfly

scratch a hole into my mind.

That banquet of banality—

doors whose insides I know too well:

the illnesses of ego,

the body,

and your childhood—

where it seems your own hand

chokes the other lost in itself.

The other women leave delighted—

They got their change

from the shiny illusion

they came for:

illicit praise

drawn from both my shares.

But I—

I’ll go home

in my white dress,

just as I came.

All I lack now

from such tired evenings

are the symphonies

of your lies.

My Weather Is Fragmented, Beautifully Distorted

My weather is fragmented,
beautiful in its disfigurement,
it writes me upon a page that quivers—
like a vast, open hand.

I’ll hang my first face on the door.
In the wild haste of love,
I’ll let you enter.

This night
lengthens over me
like a mosquito.

This lamp
only illuminates
my fear.

My second face
is dark and wicked—
like a rat in hiding.

The third, I vomit
onto the body of air,
into a bowl of memory,
like a child,
retreating into his mother’s breast.

The fourth is a mask of fire.
When you choke me,
I think—
you are making love.

The fifth, a nail in my throat.
I hammer it in,
and spit out a sixth face
that will never be complete.

The seventh sees nothing,
hears nothing—
he simply cages his sorrow
and mutters.

The eighth
sings to you
in the voices of prostitutes.

The ninth writes poetry
without faith,
sketches you on my back
with a broken fingernail.

And I—
when I sleep within you,
and rise without me,
like a tattoo,
when you forgot my name
and screamed:
“Who am I?”

Alcoholic privilege night

When my beloved is drunk,
I become a wound upon his cheek.
He strikes my chest with an empty glass,
Saying, ”This bell—this is what wakes me.”

When he drinks,
He opens my mouth like a pit,
Searching for his name,
For a button he lost
As we rushed back toward childhood.

He loves me swaying
Between two chairs:
Truth—
And the guilt I know,
When he mistakes me for a window,
When he spills the wine
As an apology on my behalf,
Like the blink of an eye.

When he drinks,
My arms multiply in his memory.
He summons them to soothe his pain,
Asks me to plant my tree
Right here—
Above his eye,
A finger for his throat,
And a final finger pointing to the wall:
“Embodied—as if you were pure awareness.”

When he’s drunk,
I draw back.
He runs like a shadow
Caught in light,
Bleeds me
Into some vague emptiness,
Traps me in a space
Shorter than a whisper,
Inside a bottle,
Inside a child’s nature.

He points often—
As if he’s arrived,
As if I were a mouth
He must enter,
Not merely behold.

pasaron por la ventana

hacia el este

se ahogaron en mi corazón.

No eché a los demonios

ni vi tu propio ojo mirándome.

Ya es la hora, el tiempo

se perfila en las líneas de su mano

me basta golpear mi frente contra la ventana

derramar lenguajes en el sitio de la evaporación

me basta saltar los rasgos, los auténticos rasgos de la locura

pieza enigmática – distancia -vuelos.

Manos someten brevedades de minutos

y entonces el silencio es una plancha tibia

en el lugar de las memorias

y la llama una tetera oxidada en el interior

de imágenes.

Sacrificio

Mi cuerpo es tan lúgubre como la noche

y aun así entras en él- astros fracturan

el sesgo de remordimientos-algo ignorado

sigue en vilo -a pesar de los ángeles de las fotos

mi cuerpo sigue susurrando su corona de espinas

maniatado hacia las últimas especies de infamia

mi cuerpo es la sombra de tus ojos fantasmales

Asuntos difíciles

Te dije que eras

que éramos algo difícil

el sueño nos hizo

reconocernos

nos botó la ola

de las muchas

memorias dispersas

y escuchamos el otro

lado de la pared.

Rosas rojas III

Me llamaste

desde una inicial

tallada en el cemento

me dejaste tocar

tus cuerpos fundados por la noche

más algo nos detuvo

y nos olvidamos callar

nos volvimos piedra inmediatamente

algo nos llevó hacia las hogueras

estábamos al principio de todo.

Raros sueños

Sueño con alguien desconocido

las palabras tienen vocales adúlteras

puedo procrear estos refugios

y deshabitar la noche

hoy vendrás a desnudarme

ellos me muestran otros paraderos

un tipo de lejanía habitual

el ritmo del oleaje

en ese sentimiento alzas la voz

y la fuente estalla en la penumbra

tus ojos parpadean furiosos

mientras nos llevamos la distancia.

Texturas difusas

Yo sé que te perdí, las heridas no eran la conservación

más fiel de nuestros recuerdos. Sé que te perdí en esos

rieles, la cabeza me remueve el sentido y no puedo

recordar los ritmos de los árboles, sé que tu cuerpo se

contorsiona, porque es tránsito y su pasaje es una

escalera sin dirección. Los dolores me cruzan la cara,

los ojos. Tú me cruzas como paloma y yo no sé, ¿qué

importancia tiene?, si volver a mirar los cerros con sus

murales, los pasajeros que nunca cesan de caminar o

los ángeles que vuelven a morir al mismo sitio. Se

acabaron para ti las oportunidades, el día se fue hacia

otra parte y así estamos partidas por la mitad, en el

círculo de luna y en la zona caliente de tu dolor.

Bosque

Desde el puente la luz se hace navío

y cede pensamientos en un paisaje de otoño

retrocedo, me albergo en este pasado

y un rápido batir me lleva hacia los ojos del bosque

diciembre es sólo una ráfaga

y los pájaros son niños que parten la memoria.

Universos paralelos

Contemplo naturaleza dentro de otro mundo

los árboles (como hilos sujetos por un alfiler)

se pierden entre las ondas

nunca más su mirada

quedará prendida a ciertos espantapájaros

(limitando el vuelo de los tornillos)

ni siquiera bajará hacia las cerraduras

y retumbará en los eslabones.

Pesquisas

He estado buscando la esencia del mundo

y he recorrido todos los escondites

pero tu no estabas

aunque vi debajo de los cartones

muchos quisieron huir

y albergarse dentro de mi mente

los demas escucaban los relojes

y seguian palpitando

entretanto yo ofrecia mi cuerpo a la luna

y ella miraba a traves de los espejos

la cara oculta de todos los hombres

Conjuro

Hago un circulo con las hojas

llamo a las puertas de la neblina

y un nuevo rostro aparece me saco antiguos ropajes

y floto con los muertos

nada es mas oscuro ni menos irreal.

Hipnosis

Un brillo como de hoja seca

persiste a traves de los objetos

que se diluyen en nuestras miradas

si a ese disfraz le quitamos las plumas

la noche tendria que inventar

nuevos prostibulos para esconderse

y se resquebrajarian

los rostros de todos los hipnotizados

Exorcismos

Las sombras saben guardar secretos

y muerden los tramos de esta hipocresia

no niego tu podredumbre

aunque me siente a un costado de este camino

y eche espuma por la boca

El tiempo tiene una agotadora manera

de sentarse en las sillas y mecerse
